Conference on Solid-State and Integrated Circuit Technology (ITSICT2014)にて、本
研究室の佐藤が半導体回路の長期信頼性に関する招待講演を行いました(発表日は10月28
日)。
中国におけるマイクロデバイス関連分野の活況を反映し、非常に多くの発表がある活気あ
ふれる会議でした。
